When you submit a service request, you may provide contact details, a service address or ZIP code, appliance information, scheduling preferences, and a description of the issue.
How information is used
This information is used to review your request, confirm availability, communicate about service, and maintain ordinary business records. Truefix should not sell personal information submitted through these forms.
Form delivery and retention
The current site uses a local mock endpoint and does not deliver requests to a production system. Before launch, Truefix must choose a secure form provider or CRM, document its retention practices, and update this policy accordingly.
Cookies and third parties
No advertising pixels or analytics tools are included in this build. If those tools are added, this policy and any required consent controls must be updated.
